Terms of Service – for Mercantile Retail Sales
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We thank you for ordering from Brush Creek Ranch. Rest assured, our shipping team will prepare, pack and ship your products quickly and carefully. Shipping from Saratoga, Wyoming can sometimes get tricky. Not all delivery services come to the ranch every day. Further, weather plays a large part in shipping. We will endeavor to ship your package out as quickly as possible. In-Stock orders are normally shipped out within 2-3 days (Monday – Friday and excluding holidays) after receiving your order. Since many of our items are of a seasonal nature, be sure to place your order as early as possible.

GEOGRAPHIC SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We ship to the continental United States only (the lower 48). Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, Guam or any international locations. DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS
When placing your order online, it is important to enter the full, correct address. We can guarantee delivery only to the address you provide to us. We cannot guarantee shipments will arrive in a timely manner for any packages that you redirect or for shipments where incorrect or incomplete addresses were provided to us. We cannot deliver to P.O. or APO/FPO Boxes. Any shipment delayed in transit or returned for invalid address may incur correction or return fees. Shipping charges are based on method of delivery and destination. We ask that you provide your email address when placing your order online, or by telephone, so that you may be notified of shipment details and tracking information.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & ESTIMATED COSTS
Shipping is made via standard Ground service, which normally arrives 3 to 5 business days after your order is completed and packed. Please note these shipping rates and times are estimates based on normal circumstances. Weather plays a large role in delivery times, especially in winter. If you would like to inquire about express shipping, please contact us at 833-843-3734 or via e-mail at mercantile@brushcreekranch.com. Please note, not all express delivery services are available from The Ranch daily. Saturday delivery service is available, though only in limited areas and for an additional fee.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight, number of boxes and the final destination of your order, and range from approximately $12 to $39 on average. At times, we may offer flat rate, promotional shipping as indicated on our website, and you will see this special pricing at checkout. This promotional, flat-rate shipping may not always be available. We determine actual shipping charges at time of shipping and add those charges to your order. Actual shipping charges may differ slightly from the estimated shipping calculated at the time of your order due to actual shipping weight and the number of packages.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Our main objective is making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of customers and do so reasonably and fairly. We will do our best to take care of you, but from time to time, we cannot accommodate a return.
We take great care in packing your order and choose the appropriate shipping material so that your package arrives in good condition. In rare instances, an item breaks or is damaged during transit. Should you receive an item which is damaged, please make sure you keep all shipping and packing material and contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will offer a swift solution and provide you with additional instructions. This may involve sending us photos of the damaged item and related packaging/box condition so that we may improve our processes.
Customer satisfaction is critically important for us at Brush Creek Ranch. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you receive, please let us know within 15 days of delivery and we will replace the product or issue a refund or credit. If you would like to exchange or return an unopened, unused, unworn item, you may return it within 15 days of delivery. The item(s) your are returning must be received in the original condition, so please properly wrap / pack the item for return to us. MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY
Inventory for the merchandise listed on our site is not guaranteed. Should a situation arise where the inventory needed to fulfill your order is insufficient by the time your order is received, we will notify you by email or phone. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
STATE & LOCAL SALES TAXES
The taxes listed in your online order confirmation are estimated. Since orders might be fulfilled from multiple locations across the U.S., the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped. We strive to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently, and continue to monitor and update our taxation policies as those laws change.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
In our photography, we try to display the colors of products as accurately as possible. The on-screen colors you see will depend on your computer monitor resolution and may not be 100% accurate. Further, note that many of the items we offer are one-of-a-kind or low-run pieces and not each piece will be identical to what is featured on our site.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
All discounts and offers are limited to the inventory we have on hand. Unfortunately, rain checks are not available. Any special promotions are not valid on any prior purchases, taxes or shipping. Our customers are responsible for paying the applicable sales tax. Any special offers made may not be combined with any other sale, promotion or special offer. Promotions and special offers have no cash value. And are void where prohibited or restricted. We reserve the right to end or modify any promotion of any type at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
