“Murky Reflections” Original Oil Painting

This is a beautiful 5" x 7" original oil painting by Lori Kostur of a hiking trail just above the Brush Creek Visitor Center, just after the winter snow had melted. The water in the road glistened in the shadows of the trees and the quiet forest air is exemplified in deep earth toned oil paints.

Here’s what Lori had to say about the painting: “It was very muddy and cool. The pines smelled fresh and strong. I painted this from a photo I took, loving the light reflections in the two-track road.”
